Recovery Support Services are nonclinical services that assist individuals and families to recover from substance use disorder. Manifesto’s Recovery support services are delivered by trained peers with long-term, lived experience in recovery from SUD.

Our services are designed to be flexible and meet people wherever they are on their recovery journey. Individuals can connect with trained peers either in person, or digitally through our mobile app at a time that works for them.

There is mounting evidence across large-scale studies and real-world programs, including our own, that people receiving peer recovery support services show reductions in substance use and improvements on a range of health outcomes such as decreased emergency service utilization, hospitalizations, and workplace absenteeism.

Manifesto Health is an EAP supplement specialized in Substance Use Disorder Aftercare providing long term, hands on support to individuals and family members whose lives have been affected by Substance Use Disorder. This service does not replace your EAP and we are here to add extra layers of support for individuals and family members to help them on their recovery journey.

This added layer is necessary because 85% of people relapse and 30% readmit to treatment within the first year following treatment. SUD is a chronic condition where longer-term support leads to far better outcomes.

We contract directly with employers and union health and welfare funds so that our services come at no direct cost to the individual. This means no co-pays and no unexpected out of pocket costs to the individual or family member.

Manifesto Health is a completely confidential service and we will not share information with your employer. At the beginning of our services we present each member with a confidentiality form which clearly outlines the protections we have put in place to protect members anonymity.
