Patient Reported Outcomes

Manifesto offers a service that allows patients to provide health information regarding their mental health experience and share that information with their healthcare providers, as part of a clinical trial or in other settings. This health information may constitute protected health information (“PHI”) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). The collection, use, and disclosure of PHI is governed by our business associate and other agreements with our customers and HIPAA. This Privacy Policy does not apply to PHI.

How We Use Information We Collect

We may use the information we collect in order to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. We may also use such information:

  • To more quickly process your transactions;
  • To keep record of your communication in order to improve our Services, or offer you new Services

Manifesto uses various technologies, including Cookies, to collect and store information when you visit our Sites in order to provide you with a better quality of services. Collection of Minor’s Personal Information

We do not nor do we intend to knowingly solicit or direct our Services to anyone under the age of thirteen. Our Services are intended solely for adults.

Collection and Use of Google Fit Data
Manifesto Health is committed to protecting your privacy while providing a personalized and valuable experience. We utilize Google Fit to offer features that track and analyze your health and activity data, such as heart rate, steps, and sleep patterns.

How We Access Your Google Fit Data
With your consent, our application accesses the following data from your Google Fit account:

Heart Rate Data: To provide insights into your exercise and wellness routines.
Step Count Data: To monitor and encourage daily physical activity.
Sleep Information: To help you understand and improve your sleep habits.

We obtain this data through a secure authorization process where you will be explicitly asked to grant permission to our application.
